The reception was held at a restaurant in the lovely Parc de l'Orangerie, situated near the impressive buildings of the European Parliament and the European Court of Human Rights. Hors d'oeuvres were served while the photographer took picture after picture, like the one below of Thomas and Audrey with members of her family.

Audrey and friends did the decorations themselves! Audrey told me she learned how to fold the napkins from an Internet site. The place-cards were little stones. |

As the dinner and dancing began, outside there was a spectacular sunset. |
The reception lasted until after the trams shut down, so poor Jean-Marc had to shuttle back and forth between the restaurant and the hotel(s) to get people home. We were deposited around the corner from the Adagio just before 2:00 A.M. It was a wonderful day, a beautiful wedding, and a great party!
